ORDER PROCESSING: Every attempt is made to process all orders the same day they are received, items may not be in stock when you order, or not available to ship. Out of stock delays usually ship within 3-7 days, please allow for final transit time to your location. APO/FPO and other international orders may take up to 5 days to process and ship. SHIPPING: Items are shipped via Fedex 2-Day. Orders placed by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00 est will ship the next day. International Order will ship within 2-3 days of order due to paperwork preparation.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If you receive a damaged parcel from FedEx, note this with the driver and refuse the shipment. Please contact us right away. Direct Brands, LLC is not responsible for any damage whatsoever once the customer takes possession from the delivery company.

SALES TAX: Only shipments within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. Any shipment within Florida will be charged 6.5% state sales tax.
